1️⃣ Set Non-Negotiables: Start every day with a 10-minute movement session or prioritize your protein intake. Whether it’s a walk, bodyweight exercises while you’re making a morning coffee, or making sure you get lean protein in for dinner, it adds up!

2️⃣ Hydrate Before Indulging: Before a big meal or party, drink a full glass of water. It’s a small habit that reduces the likelihood of overindulgence and can help build body awareness of your hunger vs. thirst cues, which are commonly mistaken for one another.

3️⃣ Plan Your Favorites: Love your grandma’s stuffing or holiday cookies? Go ahead and enjoy them guilt-free, but be intentional—load up on protein and veggies first to balance your plate.

The holidays don’t have to derail your progress. Instead of pressing pause, use this season to focus on small, sustainable habits that set you up for success in the New Year.
