Client Spotlight…

A Huge shout out to our client Deb who CRUSHED her 5k race this weekend! Deb has been training with Coach Mia and all her hard work paid off! She finished 1st in her age division, 35th in women’s and 116th overall out of 1188 runners! Finishing in 28:02 that clocks her at 8 minute miles. Deb we are so proud of you for sticking to your plan and finishing your first race in over 15 years!
