Coach Blaise and Coach Mia competed in the HYROX race in Anaheim, CA!

Shout out out to Coach Mia and Coach Blaise on completing the HYROX race this Sunday!

Mia finished in 1 hour and 19 min and Blaise finished a 1 hour and 22 minutes! Talk about girl power huh? Both crushed their goals of finishing under and hour and 30 minutes and LOVED the communal support during the race. Huge shoutout to our private coaching community for the words of encouragement!
