We love to improvise! The gym might have been closed at 5am on Sunday but we found a way to make it work! We work on the mindset piece of this with our clients, not letting a speed bump derail your plan and getting it done anyway you can.

We’d like to give a BIG shoutout to two members of our Blue Chip Family, Ian and Stephanie Bastek and their sons Ayden and Owen too! Ian retired from the United States Coast Guard and piloted his last Coast Guard flight last week! Of course, the star of the show Stephanie stood by his side for the 27 year adventure like a champ!
