Do you ever wonder what you should fuel your body with? Our answer is always going to be REAL FOOD. If you think of the things you are eating as fuel I promise you’ll start to look at cake and donuts differently. Don’t get me wrong I LOVE a donut (probably more than my wife 😉) but they are not the driver in helping me be healthiest I can be. Coach Mia did a BOMB job of showing what she’s using to fuel her body on her fitness journey. And I spy ice cream and pasta!

The Crunch wrap… my favorite thing Chels makes us for dinner. Her and I rarely eat fast food but that doesn’t mean we don’t crave Chick-Fil-A or Taco Bell but those things don’t always align with our goals. This is our way of making sure we are eating whole foods and covering that protein goal. This one is for you Arjun…
