I saw them on Instagram and I was skeptical so you know I had to try them! Chocolate Chip Cookies made with cottage cheese. Yes you heard that correctly….COTTAGE CHEESE. And if were are being completely honest they are GOOD. They do not taste like cookies, they taste like pancakes and cookies had a baby, WHALAH delish *chef’s kiss!
